Grat, yoga

1. Grateful to God and all who help me in a positive and enjoyable way get through a day
2. Yoga and stimulating acupressure points on earlobe

I have been trying this yoga move which is supposed to boost brain function by stimulating acupressure points on the earlobes. I understand that I can use a chair as a safety precaution, but so far have done it without the chair.

1. Place your left hand on your right earlobe, thumb on the front of the lobe with fingernail facing outward and second finger behind the earlobe.

2. Do the same with the right hand on the left earlobe, making sure the left arm is closer to your chest and inside your right (this is supposed to help energy travel upward to the brain).

3. Press both earlobes simultaneously.

4. As you press on the earlobes, squat down, keeping your back straight.

5. Do 10 to 12 deep bends, inhaling through the nose on the way down and exhaling through the mouth coming up.
