I recently went to the web site of this group as someone at our block party mentioned the group was looking at working to preserve some of the vegetation in our neighborhood.
The site is hosted courtesy of a community service affiliated with CSU. I learned from the site that the Cleveland Metroparks Euclid Creek Reservation includes rare rock chestnut that supports a renewed wildlife population. Making a comeback are the bald eagle, wild turkey, coyote, beaver, and red fox.
The upcoming fundraiser is to include a silent raffle.
